Holy Trinity College is physically located at Otinyi, Umuogudu-Akpu, Ngbo a serene and vegetative place in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
The aims and objectives of Holy Trinity College, Ngbo are:
1. To give our students good and qualitative education.
2. To train them to- have confidence in themselves and in their God-given potentialities.
3. To inculcate in them the spirit of hard work, truth and honesty.
4. To train them to believe in God, to trust God and to strive to do the right thing at the right time and in the right place and leave the result of their endeavour to God.
5. To train them to avoid getting involved in examination malpractice as one would avoid a dangerous snake because examination malpractice means intellectual suicide.
6. To train them to be useful to themselves, to their families, to the society at large and to become good and responsible citizens.
7. To train them to know the difference between what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad, to do what is right and what is good and to avoid what is wrong and what is bad.
8. To get it clear into their consciousness that the future belongs to them and that the period of their secondary education here and now is the oven that moulds the typeof future that they desire.
1. Admission: Holy Trinity College, Ngbo, is a boarding school for male and female students. We admit candidates from JS1 to SS1. Admission is open to anybody who passes the entrance or any other requisite examination.
2. Undertaking: Once an admitted candidate returns to Holy Trinity College and becomes our student, he or she is bound to obey all the rules and regulations of the school. Such rules and regulations include the already existing ones and other rules and regulations that some exigencies might oblige the school management to make from time to time. Any student who fails to comply with any of the rules and regulations guiding the school will be duly punished or expelled as the school management deems fit.
Similarly, parents and guardians whose wards become our students are obliged not only to educate their wards to obey the school rules and regulations, to respect the same rules themselves when necessary but also to cooperate with the school management in the education of their wards. In all matters concerning the school, the decision of the school management is always final.
3. Promotion Procedure: The pass mark in Holy Trinity College is 50 percent. At the end of each academic year, the results for the three terms are put together and divided by three. If the student's average score is from 50 percent and above, he/she shall be promoted. If it is from 49 percent and below, the student has failed. If such a student must continue with Holy Trinity College, he/she shall repeat the class.4. Examination Malpractice: In Holy Trinity College, examination malpractice is an unforgivable offence. Any student caught indulging in it, will be given the opportunity to prove that it did not happen. If in the end, it is established that it happened, that he/she truly indulged in examination malpractice, that student shall instantly be expelled from the school even if he/she has registered and is writing the WAEC or NECO examination.
5. Stealing: Stealing is also an unforgivable offence in Holy Trinity College, Once it is proved that a student has stolen something, no matter how insignificant that thing might be, that student must be expelled.
6. Handsets: It is also an unforgivable offence in Holy Trinity College for any student to be in possession of handset of any kind. Once it is proved that a student is in possession of a handset, whether it is functioning or not, whether it mistakenly got into the possession of the student or not, whether it has sim-card or not, that student must be expelled from the school.
